Privacy Notice

Fraxu Real Estate Development (Fraxu), reachable at admin@fraxu.com, is responsible for processing personal data collected through the Casa Naila website.

When you contact us, we collect your full name, professional email, telephone or WhatsApp number, and expected investment timeline. If you use WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. We also process the language of your request, referring page, campaign parameters in the URL (UTM, gclid and fbclid), a submission identifier, and technical data needed to operate and protect the site, including IP address, browser signals and a Turnstile verification token.

We use your information to respond to inquiries about Casa Naila and Fraxu's ownership model, contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email, schedule a private presentation, follow up on your request, attribute requests, and prevent abuse of the contact form. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.

The site reads the referring page and campaign parameters in the URL to attribute your request. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals, including IP address, browser information and a verification token, to distinguish legitimate visitors from bots. The site does not currently install its own analytics or advertising cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum

Fraxu uses Kommo to manage contact requests and sales opportunities, Cloudflare to protect the form, and a hosting provider to operate the site. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that service is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. These providers may process data outside Mexico on Fraxu's behalf. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law. Fraxu does not sell personal data or transfer it for independent marketing purposes.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, revoke your consent, or limit its use or disclosure by emailing admin@fraxu.com. Include your name, proof of identity or representation, a description of your request and the data involved, and a contact method for the response.
